Wondering if anyone has been able to successfully get a hold of anyone there? I had success with them in the past. However it seems since around October 2024 there has been challenges with the business, which is when most of the 1 star reviews are from. I have had my laptop there (fried motherboard) for a long time, they didn't think it was salvageable which I suspected. 6 months multiple trips for a home theatre subwoofer. 1st pick I get home to realize the power main wires to the power board were un soldered and dangling.Had I plug it in I'd have shorted out what ever they were touching and or gotten a shock. Drive across the city to have the wires soldered on. Get home still dead. Take it back and get told many times it will be fixed then it's not. This occurs over and over for 6 months now. Brought in a sub a full year ago. Multiple times they said it was fixed and multiple times I brought i back the next day because it still didnt work. Now I want my money and sub back. Everytime I come the doors are locked. I've been ripped off my 2000$ sub and over 200$ I paid to have it "fixed" SCAM!!!!
This place is genuinely a scam. If you are ever in need of tech help this certainly isnt the place to go whatsoever. Me and a friend dropped of a laptop for repair in early October after finding out it did not charge. Initally were told it would be an easy fix, and paid the money almost 160$ upfront. They called back two weeks later to say it was fixed. We went to go pick it up and it was closed without fail during opening hours.
