They sent me the WRONG COLORED stethoscope. They refuse to answer my emails, phone calles, return an voicemails or direct messages. I would never recommend this company with such terrible customer service. If they didn’t have the color that I ordered, they could have simply cancelled the order or ask me which other colored I preferred.
