They don't answer the phone. They hang up when you sit on hold for too long.
Tech came out to service a pull out under counter refrigerator, in the break room. Unit had no service valves to check pressures. Managed to spend 3 billable hours to say there was 1 temp sensor out of calibration that probably wasn't the main problem. Provided a price to install the new sensor and install service valves and recharge and test. Which would still not guarantee the unit would work.
