I’ve been living at Tech Village for 3 months now, and my experience has been excellent! RA Logan is a great asset to the community, and the property manager is amazing she’s always patient, professional, and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance crew is exceptional as well; they usually get things done the same day, and if not, they’re great about communicating updates via text. Let me start by saying that there is a severe lack of communication from staffing. When I moved in I was bringing my ESA cat with me and told them to let all of them roommates know just in case. They did not do this. They didn’t find out until I had made a group chat just before we moved in and gave them the news. Luckily most of them were okay with it.
