Horrific absolutely horrific 12 years of fighting in court with Anil Raju Tech view homes because he refuses to pay trades people to work! so i ended up with a flooding property! He left a slow leak in the wall. Anil Raju had failed the grading & the water tank failed Anil Raju put in the windows crooked $50,000 worth of damages, minimum! We bought this home 5 years ago and all issues have been addressed!! They are very responsive. A few items did take a bit longer but they weren’t serious issues, and they were addressed. Great builder overall, thank you :)
