If 0 stars was a choice I’d choose that one. It’s well beyond frustrating. Why? 1. It’s beyond frustrating when you try to talk to a “live” person. 2. You leave voicemail messages, and a call is never returned. I have left messages with the office manager-calls never returned. 3. I only gave this practice one star because to comment I needed to give something. If I could, I’d give negative stars. First off, I’ve never left a negative online review for any practice or service; our treatment by this office has warranted it. We’ve worked with this practice for over a year, since 2/1/24. We’ve gotten nothing but a runaround. And my husband still doesn’t have the CPAP he needs. His sleep study didn’t occur until 9/20/24. i made attempt after attempt to make a appoiment for a sleep study i leave messages and they never call me back i am tired of dealing with this practice and if you do get someone they are so rude avoid this practice at all cause
Avoid this place if you're looking to get a CPAP. A month wait after ordering my CPAP, between them and the place they order it from, the hour plus waits to even hear from any receptionist of either place, NOTHING, EXCUSES ON BOTH SIDES. Both places should be investigated. If you're a masochist, this place will fulfill your life's fantasy.
