I wish I ready the reviews before I went there. I need to give my primary the feedback to stop referring to this place. And as you all can see from the history of the reviews, they are not doing anything to correct concerns. In my case, my sleep wasnt that bad but tended to be tired. Nobody ever said there was evidence of me stopping breathing or snoring while I sleep. But my primary said why dont you talk with them. If 0 stars was a choice I’d choose that one. It’s well beyond frustrating. Why? 1. It’s beyond frustrating when you try to talk to a “live” person. 2. You leave voicemail messages, and a call is never returned. I have left messages with the office manager-calls never returned. 3. The physician who runs the practice never responds to my concerns when I have messaged him on the portal. 4. I only gave this practice one star because to comment I needed to give something. If I could, I’d give negative stars. First off, I’ve never left a negative online review for any practice or service; our treatment by this office has warranted it. We’ve worked with this practice for over a year, since 2/1/24. We’ve gotten nothing but a runaround. And my husband still doesn’t have the CPAP he needs. His sleep study didn’t occur until 9/20/24.
