"A" for effort. They don't bother diagnosing anything and just try to scam you out your money. For a "$60 diagnosis fee" that told me "my cpu was burned out". He did mention "and/or bad" and on the bad part he was right about the motherboard. But wouldn't you know it, replaced the motherboard and the cpu works! Maybe I'm magic but I have just about the same expertise then so I could open up my shop.
