The guy at tech surgeons was extremely helpful, forthright, and honest about everything. Replaced the Liquid Metal in my ps5 and it’s running smoothly. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. My experience was nothing like I expected. The repair took longer than promised, communication was poor, and I wasn't kept updated on the progress. After receiving my phone back, I wasn't fully satisfied with the quality of the repair, and I had to follow up again to address the issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I hope they improve their customer service and quality control.
