Went in for an XR screen repair and from the beginning I was explained the quality of parts they work with including durability, and exactly what to expect from their work. As soon as he opened up my device he called me and informed me of the mess the last guy left(Tracy Mall). He worked his magic and was able to fix the damages previously done to it and replaced the screen without having to use expensive methods. Came to Eric to have my sons iPad screen replaced. 30 minutes later I got a call explaining that it was ready. I got it back looking brand new. I was incredibly satisfied with the services I received at this business. I look forward to doing business with Tech Spec in the future. The price was reasonable as well and they did a better job than the last place I took this iPad to.
I recommend Eric to anybody who has damaged smart phone very nice and honest young man and very knowledgeable Best prices in town.
