Edisson @ Tech solutions in East Hampton was the only person I spoke to that offered to fix my phone. AT&T in Bridgehampton or East Hampton were no help. He was friendly , explained what happened to the phone and the entire experience was pleasant. It complicated my day but lesson learned. Dont drop my phone. 😕
It was a pleasure working with Edisson and team that looked at my iPhone that had water damage. I recommend this establishment for any technical issues involving cellular devices or computers.
My Samsung S23 Ultra cell phone was in this place to see if the screen worked or not and almost after 3 months the owner of the place gave it to me damaged on the back. When he gave it to me, it did not work and began to heat up, being the responsibility of the one who gave it to me.
