Bought a car Certified by Tech Savvy mid June. Just after the Safety expired, about 400 km after purchase, almost lost the driver's side rear wheel. One wheel stud broken, 2 stripped and 2 lug nuts loose. Contacted Tech Savvy who accepted zero responsibly despite the fact that all wheels had to come off for the inspection. Took it in to another DOT Safety shop to replace all the studs on that wheel. Not happy but not that big a deal cause I realized it in time.
