Always super professional and helpful. Also, more importantly, I have given them multiple opportunities to absolutely fleece me and they never have. They have always done right by me. I had a suspicion that one of the error codes I my car had been displaying was related to one of my door latches so I pre-approved the work to be done. They easily could have fixed the real problem (low battery in my key fob) and pocketed the money.
