After a week and a half in our RV (in 2 locations - GA & FL) without hot water and auxiliary heat, we finally found someone to service our Aqua-Hot. Bryan and Trish Carbonnell were, first of all, very responsive in calling back after leaving a message as to what our problem was. Bryan was outstanding, from initial contact, to his follow up PHONE call to me to go over any questions I had. While not inexpensive, his service was completely worth every penny. He spent untold hours going over the RV, making a detailed report of over 150 pages, with suggestions, as well as pictures to document his findings, and then a couple of phone calls to finish up any questions I may have had.
