These people should not be a Lowe's contractor for appliance services. 2 apt scheduled to repair our dryer, 2 times a technician did not show up. They don't answer their phones most of the time. When they do answer, they tell you there is an appointment, but cannot (or should I say will not) try to reach out to their service techs to check on a status Very unpleasant. Completely incompetent.

I came here because I applied for a position and I wanted to get information on my background results. I was paitently waiting to turn in the rest of my paperwork, when I had received a text that needed a urgent response. My phone was on silent. I guess it bothered the lady who was still assisting the lady in front of me. Diana is her name, tells another co worker out loud "hey tell Ann that girl is ready!" what that hell who says that?
