Okay this place is amazing. We started off talking with Madison Geeks Group but they had a $50 diagnostic cost and said they would have my computer for at least today and through the weekend. My husband stumbled into here and talked with Lay (or Lei?) and he was amesome-- so chill and knowledgable and more importantly didn't charge any diagnostic fee! :) I bet it took him 15 minutes and he charged us TEN DOLLARS.
