I'm very pleased with my repair. My car cassette/radio was getting red hot and had lost the 2 rear channels. It had been passed over for fixing by the manufacturer in California as being too old. Lee at Tech One analyzed the problem was able to diagnose the problem quickly and and repair the unit for less than the cost of a new radio, a replacement that would no longer have provided me the feature to play my archaic cassette collection. Phong's the best...my friend almost since moving to Bellingham, early during 1980; while also willing to work on my '70s stereo gear. Coming here from Vietnam as a nineteen year old; seeing him following his first return there about four or five years ago, so happy...how nice for Phong!
