Cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Tom! He was very responsive to my questions and took the time to give me insight into what he found on the car that needed work. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and transparency in what needed to be addressed and when. Also kept me updated on the work as it was occurring, being sure I was comfortable with the price and didn’t have other questions before starting the repairs. Will be using him exclusively moving forward!
Thomas is the most honest mechanic I know. I've know him most of his life.
It’s a long story. Here’s the brief version. Tom’s availability and expertise was nothing short of a miracle for my son traveling from Texas, through Jackson, on the way home to Middle TN for Thanksgiving. Very friendly. Excellent work. Much appreciated recommendations. On time. On budget. He came highly recommended. Adding Tech One Auto to our list of what we are thankful for this year! You have a gem out there, Jackson! D
Very good service. The person here is just like family. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.
Great guy! Reasonable price and trustworthy mechanic
