Balanced work-personal life ! ! ! I am the full-time Software developer working with tech-observer US from last 2.2 years. I can readily say that the company value your personal life a lot, it is an ethical firm that completely follows the US employment laws. 8 hours/day work, 5 days a week, and great working environment it is the best place to work with.
