It was nice that he would come to me to put a new screen on my phone, but, the screen wasn't the problem told me he had to take it to his store to replace a connection port or somthing and I could pick it up after 4 at his house, when I got there he didn't have all the parts so I had to go to his store to get it put together. When I got there the tech wasn't there but would be right back, 1 hr. And 45 minutes later he FINALLY showed up and fixed it. Awful customer service quick to insult horrible to me when asking about repairs and all round the owner is a bad person
Tech MD is closed at the Orem location for about 18 months. They fraudulently leave it on Google to commit insurance fraud. I received jealous, unprofessional, and fallacious text messages from tech md. They claimed they could fix/replace my OLED screen for "50 bucks" and show me how to do it. Tech MD prefers to come to you to make repairs and will surcharge you to do so. If you are in the Orem area, I recommend taking your business to UbreakIfix By Asurion by the Provo Walmart. They will meet you at a location convenient for you. The technician was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He replaced my cracked screen in about a half hour. I was super impressed. And the fee was very fair.
Very Rude, swears, and doesn't care about how he comes across to people, and thisis on the phone! He is the owner and doesn't care that he loses business. Be aware of what he is like. Whether he is good or not, Politeness is certainly important to people. I don't recommend using him!
