I was referred to Richard by my dad to see if he would inspect a vehicle I had purchased. Richard knew his stuff and checked out everything on the car thoroughly. The guys at Gunn Nissan sold me a 2018 Acura ILX, which, after I brought the car back, they said, "we knew about the bald tires it passed our inspection." I had a great experience with Richard. You can tell that he values giving a great customer experience. He was never pushy; he tells you what is wrong and lets you decide what to do about it. He was very informative about why they replaced each part, as well as what part they replaced it with. He even gave me advice on future vehicle maintenance. Overall I feel that I got a great deal given the service that I received. Truly a 5 star experience.
