I dropped in for a couple of classes while visiting some friends. I really enjoyed the gi and no gi classes with Bruce and Kole. The instructors were helpful, cool and knowledgeable. The vibe of the gym was friendly and clean. Def sign up if you’re looking for a place to train!
Tech Lab is a great BJJ gym, these guys are very talented and love the sport. I was in town for work and stopped in to train here. They were super helpful and treated me like a friend. Will keep coming back next time I'm in town. Thanks guys!
