Walking into this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made. This is where my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey began, and it’s where I fell in love with the sport. The coaches genuinely care about every student, the training partners are welcoming and always push you to improve, and the facility is always clean. Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, you’ll feel right at home. I’m grateful this is where my journey started, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone thinking about trying Jiu-Jitsu.
I dropped in for a couple of classes while visiting some friends. I really enjoyed the gi and no gi classes with Bruce and Kole. The instructors were helpful, cool and knowledgeable. The vibe of the gym was friendly and clean. Def sign up if you’re looking for a place to train!
Tech Lab is a great BJJ gym, these guys are very talented and love the sport. I was in town for work and stopped in to train here. They were super helpful and treated me like a friend. Will keep coming back next time I'm in town. Thanks guys!
