I had a great experience with Tech Knuckles. My laptop was on its last leg and shut down. Brad tried some things over the phone first and then had me bring it to him. He got it back up and I limped along for a few days until I got a new laptop. He gave suggestions on what to buy and where. Then he transferred everything over from the old laptop to the new one.
