I’m leaving this review because of Michelle a terrific and super helpful young lady that speak Spanish as well btw ,very knowledgeable and can help at the worst periods that we may have with our tech devises .My warmest recommendation for this place
The girl's manner was very rude.
Only had 1 case which was flimsy at best when I asked for suggestions where to go I got Completely ignored! Horrible customer service
I went to Tech KM after Verison said they couldn't help me. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and kicks my problem. I highly recommend them if you have a problem My daughter is going there to address a problem with her phone.
