The lady is very rude and arrogant. Didnt fix my case properly

I’m leaving this review because of Michelle a terrific and super helpful young lady that speak Spanish as well btw ,very knowledgeable and can help at the worst periods that we may have with our tech devises .My warmest recommendation for this place
The girl's manner was very rude.
Only had 1 case which was flimsy at best when I asked for suggestions where to go I got Completely ignored! Horrible customer service
