Very dedicate repair for my jewel, thank you
Took my mother's engagement/wedding set in to be resized for our granddaughter and her fiance for a treasured addition to their life. A well known jewelry store said it couldn't be done. Matt made it happen, beautifully, kept the integrity of the ring. This meant so much to me and to my family. Thank you Matt!!
Wasn't shopping for jewelry... instead I brought a group of memory care seniors into the shop to break geodes! Matt was fantastic, welcoming and super kind to the elderly. We had a great time! Amazing customer service.
