Absolutely great experience with this team and their services! They went above and beyond to install a larger unit at our home with very difficult circumstances and they did it without any hesitation, finishing the work all in one day very timely! Cant say enough great things about this team and company! I would highly recommend.
After getting no call no showed by another company, I found Tech IV Heating & Cooling. Within 3.5 hours of my initial call they were in and out of my house and I had a fixed water heater to my pool. Front desk staff was NICE and so accommodating to come out SAME DAY. The 2 guys who came to our house were nice, knowledgeable and showed us what was wrong so in the future we may be able to repair it ourselves. THANK YOU SO MUCH TECH IV. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
