Customer service is terrible. Technician said pool heater heat exchanger rotted, but wasn't a chemical issue, and should be covered. Pentair denied warranty. Crystal didn't even bother to call, and explain any other options, or possible repairs. She just sent an email with the service call bill and said contact Pentair. Beware of Tech lV and Crystal!
The best in town go to them and they won’t disappoint you !
I called for a service call and within an hour they were already here. Very polite and friendly, and They fixed the problem right away.
