My daughter did not appreciate the condescending tone of the guy that came and worked on our pool today. On top of YOUR COMPANY rescheduling us by email 3 times and not even a call. Do you think we would automatically be available to your schedule? That’s exactly why we make appointments so it goes with our days off, but you decided to tell us when you will be here, that is not a way to run a business. One time and honest. Great company to do business with.
Tech IV sells defective HVAC units and then charges senior citizens thousands for repairs that are needed within the first six months of installing a new unit. This business sold my mother in law a $5,000 unit in January. By July the TXV valve failed due to a refrigerant leak and debris left by the installers inside the unit. Tech IV said the part was covered under warranty but labor was $900 or more and not covered. The hvac unit isn’t even six months old.
