A threat of a positive review before a refund. Went to this store to purchase a cable splitter on 12/14/24. At the time of the purchase, my wife asked about the return policy and the person manning the store contacted his manager Shawn who said if the part did not work we could return it for a full refund. After trying the splitter it did not work, took it back to the store on 12/15/24, the person said he had to get a code from the manager to do the refund, then came back and said there was no refund according to Shawn. I live more than 30 miles away from Tech It and honestly, seeing that this place had only 5 star reviews felt fake. BUT I WAS WRONG the drive was WORTH IT and if I could give this place 6 stars I would. No one knew if they could fix my iPhone XR (shattered screen, blacked out screen, crushed iphone backing, crushed volume buttons, bent backing). Awesome experience dealing with MO and Their Company. Note 9 repair done with a level of excellence and expertise I never would have expected. Repair even completed in an amount of time faster than what I was planning. Phone is back working saving me from a $900.⁰⁰ replacement. They and he know exactly what to do and how to do it to get you back operational. Definitely utilize theiir service you will be overly surprised at their knowledge and ability.

Joe was awesome! Very patient, informative, & quick to respond. My iPad wasn’t ready on the day promised, but GUESS WHAT?!?! They called me to let me know and then KEPT me posted until it was ready! Hard to find customer service & good quality work like that these days! Don’t take your electronics any where else! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!
