Bad customer service and communication would of been thrilled to come back and spend my money if the workers were more direct and less aggressive in response to someone coming in with a item they would more than half the time like to fix won’t be coming here again sorry
Bad customer service was told could come in at 2pm my PC but had my time wasted by owner who “thought” I was someone else he arranged to grab a different device & argued and told me he originally told me 3-5 (bad miscommunication)/customer service . They Did diagnostics and still didn’t fix my issue when I called to let him know there was no empathy or seem to want to have me come back to help fix my problem wouldn’t recommend any fixes for anyone here . Fast service, quality service Needed a shunt installed on a custom device, handled it with no problem!
Took what could have been a nightmare experience into something tolerable. Both laptops weren't working and they helped me decide the best option to fix so I could get work done. Very responsive and friendly and makes sure you understand the delays if any. This will be my new home for all my tech issues.
