Tech Five did an excellent job on our deck project. Once the old decking was removed, they uncovered some framing repairs that needed attention, and they handled it the right way by bringing it to light and fixing it properly. Their communication was solid throughout the project, and the whole process moved along in a good timeframe. The price was fair for the quality of work and honesty we received. The Tech Five team was very responsive during the quoting process and get helpful with design ideas. They responded quickly to any questions we had over text. They were able to put us in the schedule and even ordered the materials as we got our loan approved. The build went fairly quick. The results are great, we love our new deck. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb. We contacted Tech Five for an new deck estimate. Nick answered our request very quickly and came out to do an estimate. He was nice and answered our questions. He was able to work with us on a wood deck so it would accommodate our budget. He was also capable of working with our schedule so we could handle our dogs during the construction.
