First of all, the receptionist wasn’t friendly. Was told that there was no charge to look at the car by the receptionist, then she told me car was pulled apart and there would be a charge to put back together, this was not advised nor confirmed with us for our authority to pull car apart was just done without our authority. Short version - came to install a clock spring, tech fit only partly install the part, locked themselves out of the car, and still charged me full price for a partial installation and for programming they didn't do. Then they told me to take my car (which I can't legally drive due to the issue they made) to volkswagen and get them to fix the car for an insane price. When I tried to discuss a partial refund for work not done they got aggressive and angrily walked away. Will never come here again and hopefully no one else does... read more
