I had an awful tenure at Tech-Etch in their power press department. The company seemed great and the other departments seemed great to work in. My supervisor was new in her role and treated people poorly. I personally heard her tell a fellow employee "I could kill you" because this employee told me she was switching to part time. I had put my resignation in but asked to rescind it after learning this information. I have worked at Tech Etch for 5 years and it is by far an amazing place to work. To the forner employee who made the comment about being fired because they didn't speak Portuguese that is absolutely absurd. Tech Etch is a culturally diverse company and welcomes everyone.
