I had an issue with my monitor while at work, and Aaron was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me. I was also helping guests at the same time, and he took the time to walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and support. Along with installing Microsoft Word, James did a super fantastic job solving printer issues that have plagued me for the past year.
