Bad, very bad company. Hired this company to speak with Quickbooks to find out why I could not open my QB desktop (my entire company files are in there) They charged me $2000 and the end result was I needed an upgrade. No contract! No price quoted before work began! Should have taken only 30 minutes. Owner cares about his pocket only and it does not matter he hurts other businesses. While I was satisfied with my initial service. I became dissatisfied after I picked up my computer. While I will take the blame for some of this I believe the company bears some also. My work computer crashed and it was recommended that Tech Enterprises might be able to help recover my files. They recovered most of them. When I brought my computer to them I explained that I would need a new one and would like to deal with Tech Enterprises so that I would only be dealing with one company.
