My experience was professional and trustworthy. I was given sound and fair advice about my phone issue and he went beyond what I would expect for them to solve my issues for me. He even stayed late to make sure my phone transfer was completed. Would recommend their work and pricing while heartedly. This is the tech store I will be suing going forward.
What great help at Tech Emporium I showed up I was having difficulties removing my SIM card tray was being very stubborn the gentleman fixed me for no charge I was willing to throw them a couple dollars for his trouble and he said just give me a good review I'd ⁹recommend this place in a heartbeat.
The people here were outstanding! After another (franchised) repair depot did a poor job repairing my watch, and then refusing to fix it under warranty, I took a chance and stopped here on my way to apple to replace it. Imagine my surprise when they were able to fix the prior damage and get it back to functioning in 24 hours and less than half what the other place charged. I can’t recommend these guys enough!! Awesome service, technical super stars and all around good people. I won’t go anywhere else again.
Needed new phone very quickly. Stopped by Tech Emporium but couldn't call ahead. As previously, Obaid worked with me and we selected the best phone for my needs. He then made certain all my needed files, contacts, etc were transferred and the phone was instantly operational for me. If you have tech needs see Obaid.
