I took our high end watches to have the batteries replaced. Joseph was very intuitive, kind, explained to me the entire process, checked to see if he had the batteries and replaced all four watches in under an hour. He even set the time on each watch. I found his prices reasonable and he's very trustworthy. I will be a repeat customer!
