They were super accommodating, very friendly, and gave me a discount on my watch battery/watch band change. Joseph was very engaging and kind.
I was a non tech person interested in getting a peephole camera on my front door. I called Tech Electronics and asked for a peephole camera that doesent require wifi. They carried that type of product. Afew days later it was installed and he explained everything I needed to know about the simple operation and how to change the AA batteries. He was patient and knowledgeable. If I decide to get home alarms,I will certainly call this company.
I came here to get the battery on my watch replaced and the band, which was worn with age, looked at. The man working was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
