I dropped off a color laser printer for repair. After several months they still had not looked at It and then told me it's not worth it, just recycle it and they would give me a deal on a refurbished printer. They had a black and white printer ready to go but I told them I wanted color like the original. After a few more emails with the lead tech and the owner I've given up on them since it's been more than one year. Tech Dogs were courteous and friendly. Raimundo Segura did a good job repairing my printer. He also went the extra mile to teach me how to avoid future problems with my printer.

These guys helped me fix my printer and was honest about the cost. Turned out it was cheaper to buy a new printer than it would have been to fix it. They told me this up front so I could make an informed decision.
