My laptop stopped working, Another place kept it for 2 days, than they started coming up with all sorts of repair ideas that would cost me $280. I decided it is not worth doing it. My friend recommended Sam at TechDirect, I am glad I listened to him. My laptop is working better than is did before it broke! and I saved $100. thank you, Sam!

I took my computer there to be fixed twice. I was not even charged the second time!! He fixed my computer problems quickly and was a really nice guy.

In late spring 2012, I was in search of a good new laptop to replace my dying Compaq, which I treated like a overworked workhorse. My son (of same first and last name) recommended his brother-in-law, Sam. I was not keen on doing business with family members, but I gave to give him my business. I spend a lot of time travelling and I had trouble with my laptop. I took it in to Sam and he was awesome!!! This guy knows how to take care of his customers. He fixed my pc well below his estimate. I gladly recommend them to anyone!! 5 Stars!!!

I found this place by searching on google and saw it had all great reviews. When I called he price quoted me $40 for the consultation/labor or whatever. I went in because my computer stopped charging and would no longer turn on. He found out that it was just an issue with the charger and ordered me a new one for only the price of the part. He dropped the $40 labor fee and let me borrow a charger until it comes in. AMAZING! I definitely recommend Tech Direct and I will come here in the future. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!
