My OG PS5 started to overheat after an hour of gameplay (because of it standing vertical since the beginning) and I got tired of it and started looking at options. Came across Tech Connection and took a chance. Gamble paid off big time. They deep cleaned it and replaced the liquid metal. It even sounds better now lol. They were all really friendly and provided great service. Will come back for anymore of my tech needs! Thank you Tech Connection!!!!
Was told there was a lifetime warranty on my front screen if I ever needed it replaced again but then I call to get said warranty they told me it's only if the screen is faulty. That if there's damage they will not replace it. Seems intentionally misleading. Won't be coming back.
Miracle workers - I came to them with a very unusual large electronic instrument that had a broken port. They were backed up at the time but gave me honest updates and once they were caught up they had it fixed very quick. They even went above and beyond to find the necessary part after hours and were able to solder it. The price was very reasonable as well! Highly recommend especially if you need an unusual repair!
