I have used Tech Care since they opened. Once we moved away anytime I needed tech repair I traveled an hour to go back there! Everything is on point, won’t be going anywhere else!
Went in to get a galaxy tablet screen repaired. Ended up getting a brand new screen and another screen protector for my phone. This is the best experience I've had in St. Charles parish for tech repair.
I walked into this shop and was immediately greeted and assisted by its owner. Answered all my questions with thoroughness, and quoted me a fair price for the work (iPhone 14 Pro Max Screen Replacement). He had the phone fully repaired and ready to go in under an hour. Super friendly and fast. I work in IT and also used to do similar phone repairs so when i say this is a good shop, i mean it. Highly recommend.
Went in to fix the screen on my iPhone 15 pro max , my phone messed up I explained to him I needed my phone for work , I went in and he fixed my phone in like 10 mins I was out the door . Very knowledge, professional gave me a great price .
