I recommend Tech Bytes for any computer realted issue. When my laptop froze up, I called Dustin. He asked a few questions, diagnosed the probelm, and gave me directions over the phone to fix the problem. The process took several minutes, while he waited patiently. He could have easily had me bring the computer in and charge me a lot of money to fix it: I wouldn't have known differently.
