After dropping off my used 2011 Ford F150 fx4 on 8/24/2020 for a scheduled appointment of 8:30, it was discovered later that afternoon that fmy truck had not been taken in for diagnostics. I called again a few times on 8/25 and 8/26 only to find out my truck had finally been looked at by a mechanic late on 8/26.
