I was promised a professional freezer installer and I later verified to make sure it would be a professional installer to take a look at my freezer. Instead I get a technician that ADMITED he has no experience with freezers. They charged me $366. They didn't respond to any emails from many months ago and one more recently. Let's see what it takes to actually get someone to reach back out to come up with a solution.

Didn't use their services but unfortunately drove behind one of their vans today. Driver was driving 7 miles below the speed limit. When I had an opportunity to legally pass him, he purposely speed up and blocked me from reentering the lane. A complete douchbag move. It's that is how they drive, I would bet they treat their customers as well.
The most horrible company we have ever encountered!! Took them 6 weeks to repair the unit. The part ordered been sitting in the store for 10 days plus. I call-they never answer. I leave messages-no one ever bothers to call back. Stay away from them, especially commercials unless you want to see you business take a toll!!!
