They are the worst restaurant equipment repair service company ever. They will just try to rip you off. I can't even say that they do repair service since they can't even turn on the equipment. I called them to fix my two ice makers in my restaurants. The ice makers were working well before I kept them off for winter but they didn't make ice when I turned them on 3 month after. We provided troubleshooting service and work order quotes to this customer. During troubleshooting, our technician found the water valves clogged with sludge and mold from months of the units being out of service. We submitted quotes for servicing both units, which were initially approved, then subsequently cancelled because the units began working. Awful service. Terrible, disorganized company. They charge you an automatic $80 truck fee and their techs just shovel tools into the floor of the van then spend an hour (billed to you) organizing the truck and looking for tools. If the person you are working with there takes a day off, they expect you to coordinate scheduling with another tech. Sorry, sloppy, disorganized company. You would be better off using duct tape that engaging Tech24.
I have called them and had 3 appointments that no service person showed up for! Horrible service! Nothing is a priority, even telling you what time they will come or that they can't make it! Not happy...
