Oven was making a very loud noise because the blower wheel was cracked. Tech replaced the belt that had no visual signs of wear and tear because it's cheaper (company policy). The issue still existed, then tech found a cracked blower wheel and the company worked with me so I can order non oem parts for cheaper myself. The Blower wheel was replaced and the issue was resolved. I still had to pay for the belt and labor hours to replace the belt (company policy). terrible customer service
Expensive parts chargers
There was a loud noise, the tech assumed it was the belt and replaced it. Noise is still there, then the tech replaced the blower wheel and noise went away. I got charged for diagnosing/replacing (labor/parts) the belt that I didn't need. They have decided to ignore my request for not charging for a belt and charged my cc. It's was a very disappointing experience.
