Erik and Leon did great! They were very friendly and explained everything they did to me.
Jason is the best guy around. Always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Tech 24 and hopefully you get Jason. His knowledge, patience and willingness to get the job done is amazing.
The tech 24 employee who came out today (Erik) was nothing but awesome, was very kind also very considerate of what was going on in the store while he was working too, asking if I wanted him to start on something else so he wouldn’t be in the way as he put it. Any questions he had he asked away which I love and vice versa if I had any he’d answer them as well. Sent me pictures of everything he was doing and explained what/ why he was doing what he was doing. All around was a great experience!
Jason is the best tech! Always super friendly and super helpful, and goes above and beyond!
