Wing came to our site to service the ice machine and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and completed a thorough inspection, cleaning, and all required preventive maintenance. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was in good working condition before finishing the service. We really appreciate Wing’s attention to detail and professionalism. Jason is the best guy around. Always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Tech 24 and hopefully you get Jason. His knowledge, patience and willingness to get the job done is amazing.

The tech 24 employee who came out today (Erik) was nothing but awesome, was very kind also very considerate of what was going on in the store while he was working too, asking if I wanted him to start on something else so he wouldn’t be in the way as he put it. Any questions he had he asked away which I love and vice versa if I had any he’d answer them as well. Sent me pictures of everything he was doing and explained what/ why he was doing what he was doing. All around was a great experience!
