Tech came out shortly after I called the company. He was explained the issue before hand. It would have been logical for him to bring refrigerant in case our grab & go needed it, since it had the symptoms. If he would have been prepared before hand, it could have been fixed, and we wouldn't have had to pay them double. (labor, travel trip, fuel & truck fee...) Called another company - explained the issue and they came out and fixed it the next day.
This is one of the most disorganized companies I have ever tried to do business with. A simple warranty service on a faulty Avantco fryer is taking nearly 3 weeks to get fixed. The icing on the cake is that the owner is too lazy to make service calls. He wants me to bring the fryer to him. Lol Never, in over 20 years as a chef have I seen such gross incompetence. Avoid at all cost.
Worse company to call charge me $280 dollar to just Come and check the unit that they never fixed Stay away from them there tech have zero knowledge
