Had them install a commercial Ice Maker, water cooled one, and they did not install it according to manufacturer specification. Instead of putting braided metal lines like in washing machines, they put these clear plastic tubing that is not meant to be a permanent install. Paid over $2100 for this garbage and after calling them out four times to fix and making it quite clear what needed to be done, including talking to the manufacturer as well, decided to have another company fix the issue.
