Steve is really helpful and straightforward. He's also very busy, being a one-man-show if you call and get no answer, don't give up as he's either already talking to someone or he's delivering/collecting/test riding a machine at that moment. Do consider dropping him a text (I did) and he got back to me as soon as he was free. Tech2 are not far from me - a couple of miles - and I found his service and approachability really good. Steve is extremely knowledgeable about motorcycles and is as honest as they come. He collected my bike and down all the necessary repairs and delivered it back to me for a fair price. More than happy with the service from Tech2 and will be using them for all my future servicing and repairs
