If I could give more stars I would! I am SO grateful for the service Tech 1 car care gave us! I was stranded at 3am with my three little babies when my alternator went out! I towed it to them hoping that I would be able to call when they opened and get it fixed! Not only did they have it fixed by 12:30 but they literally dropped my car off to me at the hotel we stayed at! They went above and beyond to take care of us! I am forever grateful for their speed, and care!
A 1 star is way more than this place deserves! This is by far the worst shop I have ever went to. I spent almost $4,000 here and was robbed! I have spent months and thousands of dollars trying to fix what they did wrong. I was lied to and totally taken advantage of. Every shop I have been to after Tech 1 has told me what a scam Tech 1 is even the people at the ford dealership. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t even call these scammers!
