My Sons car broke down and this shop was the closest (and only shop within 100 miles) recommended by the warranty company. Luckily Tech1 cared enough to work with them and us to make things right and didn’t skimp out by using sub-par parts. They could have taken us for a ride, but instead did the right thing and ensured we would use them again if/when needed.
I have used Travis for years. He is an Amazing mechanic. They run a great shop. My highest recommendation.
