We were having intermittent charging system issues (A/C and engine shutting off!!) in 103* heat on a road trip from La Verkin to our home in Saratoga Springs with our 3 grandkids in tow. They helped me many times, they were very good at diagnosing the problem with my Honda civic and my Volvo c70. The cost of the needed repairs were incredibly reasonable. They diagnosed a malfunctioning transmission on my Honda and worked well with my warranty company. They put a new CVT Transmission in and now it pulls like new. The Volvo needed new brakes, had a coolant leak and the turbo was leaking oil, they fixed it all, quickly and professionally. The entire shop crew are a stellar group of mechanics. We were heading for vacation when our truck stopped blowing cold air. The drive was miserable but after a few quick phone calls, Tech-1 got us in and managed to fix the problem quickly so it didn’t affect our trip. The customer service and speedy service was well worth it! Wish we had one close to home to continue using them.
