This guys are amazing, good attitude, they listen to my problems and the fix it right away. Don’t waste your money going to other shops if you drive a Volvo, stop right here! Matt the mechanic and Chris, the manager , 10/10 I couldn’t ask for better experience!
Absolutely the worst volvo service center I've experienced. The temporary building is a disaster. Just a couple chairs in a room with no TV and restrooms that were plugged and not working. It gets ALOT worse with the service manager. I told him twice to have the 5th wheel checked and an air leak. When the owner of the truck called he said he knew nothing about it. He never wrote up a work order, never once kept me informed of the work progress and never gave me a run down of what they did to the truck. He was very abrasive. ... read more
