Luke, the tech who came out to service my Generac was really kind and explained everything he was doing. Austin the person I talked with on the phone when I first called was really courteous and set me up in a maintenance program. All being said, great service and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Called late on a Friday afternoon because my dryer wasn't working. I needed a new electrical outlet. Austin got someone out right away. Excellent service and very friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks guys for great service and response time.

Greg and Luke updated several electrical outlets including adding an outlet so my new microwave could be easily hung for installation. They also repaired an outlet behind my entertainment center making it safe. Not only did they repair the outlet but took apart old cords, helped me disconnect old electronic equipment, hid and cut the antenna wires. They went out their way to accommodate me.
