TEC has earned my business. Fast service and fair prices.
After calling almost every shop in town and being told that it would be between 48hrs to a week before someone could fix my vehicle, TEC had me back on the road in 4 hrs. They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone before I dropped my car off and everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They’ll be my first call from now on.

This is the worst transmission shop to go to in Shreveport. He lied about fixing my transmission and never call to communicate the issue with my car. He had my car 2 months at his shop and never fixed it. I had to get it towed from his shop to Orr Nissan so they could fix my transmission and get it programmed to my car which he couldn’t do in 2 months. He had my car from the beginning of February to April I just had it towed yesterday. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP AND LET HIM FIX ANYTHING ON YOUR CAR HE WILL HAVE YOUR CAR FOR MONTHS... read more
