Stephan is a residential Slum Lord. Not a positive experience, especially with Brad Tebo & the grandson Skylar. It's a shame b/c Stephen always seemed like a decent guy but it appears those traits were not passed on in my opinion. To help put this review into context I understood my lease and received my security deposit back in full upon move out. I find it "interesting" that Tebo Properties has such positive online reviews - certainly an anomaly in the world of property management.
The best property owner/landlord company in the state of Colorado, by a landslide. Their entire team is stellar. They know what they’re doing and are completely hands on throughout the entire process and afterwards too. They truly care about what they do and who they help. Very impressive company.
I've seen cleaner public bathrooms. There are light bulbs in the building have been out for over a year. The thermostat was removed and one of the rooms no longer has climate control. Minimum upkeep on property. Sewer gas can be smelled in the hallways. The roof leaks when it rains or snows. HVAC drips in building. The CEO told me that property managers are not required to check their work emails after our manager ghosted me for a month. Colorado’s best landlords you can find. They do a fantastic job communicating and making sure everything moves with ease. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and never was left wondering. The Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! They made me feel like family, highly recommended to any tenant looking for a new landlord.
