There was a wide variety of flavoured teas, teapots and tea brewing containers. The staff were welcoming and keen to sell me something. When I asked questions I felt they had little understanding of the tea production chain and what form the flavours are added to the teas in (natural/synthetic - oil?). I found there was a small limited number of teas that were either single origin, didn't have flavouring added or were left unsweetened in some way. Over priced. However, the tea is excellent. They sell a jar filled with sugar crystals ..it's amazing very pretty to display, on your counter top at home. The staff are on the pushy rude side. Be sure to mention you like your tea strong if that's how you like it. As I do. Can't believe they closed there online store, hopefully they don't close there brick & mortars too.
I love their teas. They always have good staff who know about tea and give good suggestions.
